Unfortunately and very bad experience with this real estate agent, for the first time viewing a house and immediately rejected based on my age. Very unfortunate and very unprofessional. After a welcome that you can hardly call a welcome where the agent didn't introduce themselves. I was out the door within 5 minutes because it wasn't intended that I asked questions about the condition and dimensions of the house.

I was so charmed by Peter's tactics, knowledge of the matter and approach as a selling real estate agent, that I decided to call him shortly after to see if he would also like to sell my property. The realtor has an easy-going chat but only plays with the people who come to view the property. Firstly, he indicates what kind of offer you can make to get the house while this is not allowed. He gives hope and then sells the house to someone else. Subsequently, I ask his assistant if he could call me back, which also doesn't happen.
