Weinig doen voor veel geld is het motto van deze makelaar. Bezichtiging voor een garage aan de Ganzebergstraat is enkel mogelijk voor 1 gepland uur, kan je niet, heb je pech zegt deze makelaar. Makelaar zegt letterlijk geen zin te hebben in meerdere bezichtigen. Was bereid een zeer goed bod te doen. Daar had de makelaar geen boodschap aan en pech voor de verkoper, want veel tijd wil hij aan het pand niet besteden. Ik vroeg of verkoper graag 10K misloopt? Daar hadden ze geen boodschap aan, want zij bepalen voor de verkoper dat geld niet alles. Wat een bizarre makelaarskantoor is dit??

Wat jammer dat je dit zo hebt ervaren. We begrijpen heel goed dat het beperken van het aantal bezichtigingen frustrerend kan zijn, zeker als u al langer op zoek bent. Voor dit pand was één open huis gepland. Onze collega heeft je aangeboden om je nummer te noteren voor een wachtlijst, om te bespreken met de verkoper voor een tweede kijkmoment te realiseren. Dat aanbod stond er. Of dat moment er ook daadwerkelijk zou komen, hing af van de planning met de verkoper. Inmiddels is deze ook gepland. We begrijpen dat dit niet de flexibiliteit bood die je zocht. Dat is vervelend. Maar de timing van een open huis wordt altijd in overleg met de verkoper bepaald, en die afspraken respecteren we. Graag nodigen we je uit voor het tweede kijkmoment. Hiervoor kun je telefonisch contact met ons opnemen. Mocht je in de toekomst vragen hebben, dan staan we je uiteraard ook graag te woord.
