De makelaar sprak de verwachting uit dat mijn huis binnen 2 weken zou worden verkocht voor een door hem vastgestelde prijs die goed overeenkwam met andere taxaties die ik had. Toen er na 2 weken op fund nog 0 (!) reacties waren werd dit geweten aan angst voor verdwijnen hypotheekrente aftrek. Het leek me altijd een sterk verhaal dat dan 100% van de kopers zich terug zouden trekken. Toen er na 6 weken nog niets gebeurd was heb ik erop aangedrongen de vraagprijs te verlagen omdat …

Jammer dat je het zo ervaren hebt. Wij als makelaars bepalen de uiteindelijke koopsom niet, die komt uit de "markt"...en die markt was ten tijde van de verkoop gewoonweg lastiger. Kritiek krijgen op je huis is nooit leuk maar het zijn de reacties van de kijkers en niet van de makelaar, wij vinden dat je die ook kan en moet bespreken met je opdrachtgever! Naar ons idee hebben we alles gedaan om de woning te goed te verkopen....

Zeer tevreden over deze makelaar. Vanaf het eerste contact was de communicatie duidelijk en prettig. Alles werd professioneel aangepakt en ik werd goed begeleid tijdens het hele verkoopproces. Mijn woning is snel verkocht voor een mooie prijs. Absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die zijn huis wil verkopen.

My nephew had an accepted offer on an apartment in Zeist. The first bidders hadn't secured their financing. When the purchase agreement was on the table, it was cancelled by Bjorn Gerritsen of WVO because those other bidders managed to get it sorted (too late). We hebben volledig conform de (NVM) regelgeving de verkoopprocedure doorlopen en niet te laat zoals je aangeeft. De 1e bieders zijn kopers geworden, er is helemaal geen 3e bieder geweest...en natuurlijk begrijpen we de teleurstelling van je neef heel erg goed..als we een ander geschikt appartement krijgen laten we dat natuurlijk weten.
