Nice, realistic in considerations, knows the local market and people very well, a pleasant person and a good broker. I would wholeheartedly recommend Peter. Like in the entire brokerage industry, I sometimes miss proactive guidance, especially in the phase between the (planned) viewing and any bidding. This could for example be achieved by contacting briefly the day after the viewing: what did you think of it, are we going to bid, if so how quickly does that need to happen, etc. But that may also have been our inexperience with h…
