No good experience. The viewing day was a chaos because too many people were scheduled at the same time. This deters serious bidders more than it invites them. The communication with Sophie was also difficult and unprofessional; she couldn't answer questions and only referred to the documents. Very disappointing.

Following your message, I have inquired internally with the two real estate agents who were present that day. At that time, we organized an open house where four interested parties viewed the property every half hour, under the guidance of two real estate agents. This means that each agent divided their attention between two viewers. We apply this method more often for properties with a lot of interest (in this case, more than 50 applications), because we consider it important to give everyone the chance to view the property. While sometimes in the market a selection is made and only a limited number of viewers are allowed, we consciously choose to exclude no one. In that case, we work with group viewings. What I cannot properly place is your comment about Sophie. Sophie is indeed an employee of our office, but she works at our branch in Rotterdam and does not conduct viewings in Zoetermeer. The property you viewed is located in Zoetermeer. Therefore, I would like to point out that it is unfortunate that she is being blamed, while she was not involved in this viewing. You also mention that no questions could be answered and that people were referred to documents. I would gladly like to receive more context about this, because based on your review, I cannot determine what the questions were. In some cases, such as for example questions about movable items (such as curtains or blinds), we consciously refer to the list of items in order to provide clear and accurate information. After an initial meeting, we decided to sign a contract for the purchase of our first home. The real estate agent has been very involved from the orientation until now, after the purchase. My experience with Schieland Borsboom NVM Makelaars (Zoetermeer region) has unfortunately turned out to be negative. During a viewing on May 23, 2025, damage was caused to the meter box door of my home by an agent from this office, making it no longer closable. On the spot, it was stated that this was not intended and that it would be resolved through insurance. In the months following, I contacted the sales agent several times. The impression that arose was that the issue was not taken seriously and was handled in a nonchalant manner. Concrete actions, repairs or clear feedback remained absent. Even after sending a formal complaint and a reminder just before the deadline expired, I did not receive any substantive response. As a result, the situation remained unresolved and the problem unnecessarily persisted. What has especially disappointed me is the lack of clear communication and follow-up after damage was caused. I had expected that an NVM real estate office would handle this more proactively and professionally. Based on my experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this office.

Other colleagues of his have taken over the viewings, and he was only our contact person during the apartment sales period. I found that very unfortunate. Whole house cleaned for an open house that was cancelled three hours beforehand. Communication is difficult unless they need something from you. Managed to schedule two viewings within a month for an apartment in the mid-segment. They don't make any effort for you.

Very bad experience with them. In the brochure, on their website and funda it stated that the house we bought has underfloor heating. Said by both viewings through 2 different real estate agents that it is present. Turned out it wasn't there. They lie and cheat, I wouldn't do business with them.
