We communiceerden telefonisch en via WhatsApp, en ze legde het hele proces, de prijzen en de timing heel duidelijk aan me uit. Ze stelde een goede vraagprijs voor, rekening houdend met de markt, en een slimme verkoopstrategie. Uiteindelijk kwam ik niet voor verrassingen te staan. Tijdens het proces was er een eerste onderhandeling waarbij iets misging, maar ze gaf geen moment op en binnen een paar dagen hadden we al een tweede bod, dat we hebben geaccepteerd. Dit team was fantastisch. Binnen twee weken na aanvang van onze zoektocht vonden we ons droomhuis, en dat voor een prijs die we ons konden veroorloven. De verkoop verliep daarna snel en soepel: het bod werd geaccepteerd, de inspectie werd afgerond en de overdrachtsdatum werd vastgelegd binnen een week nadat we hadden besloten dat dit hét huis voor ons was. Manon, Jelle en het hele team waren zeer behulpzaam, professioneel, vriendelijk en begripvol. We wilden zoveel mogelijk huizen in verschillende buurten bezichtigen. Ze legden ons de lokale procedures en processen uit en hielpen ons bij het vinden van de nodige informatie, zoals een notaris, verzekeringen en zelfs schilders!
