Unprofessional and arrogant realtor. My partner and I initially requested a viewing for a property in their listing. We received an email back with, among other things, the following response: 'For completeness' sake, we would like to inform you that there is little room for negotiation compared to the asking price of € XXX.XXX k.k.' (Okay, we can understand that) Only if you are seriously interested in this price category is it worthwhile to view the property inside. (??) We would appreciate it if you could let us know immediately whether or not you can attend this viewing!!' (Here we dropped out as potential buyers) This response, coupled with the incomplete building report (0 euros cost for issues such as moisture damage, foundation problems and insect damage), did not give us confidence in the reliability and professionalism of this realtor.

Almost two months I've been trying to get information about a property that is for rent. Called many times and left callback requests, mostly without result or they were empty promises. After finally having made telephone contact, the info would be sent. That will probably be by carrier pigeon because still nothing received.
