It is now our fixed and trusted real estate office. This year, my son found an apartment for the second time through Sergino. He returned to Amsterdam after a few years for his work, and in just two weeks they found an excellent apartment right in the center, tastefully furnished and including all amenities. An extra plus is that they listen well to the customer's wishes and offer customized solutions. Well done! I wonder if we can also use their services in the future for the purchase of a home.

As an expat couple who moved to the Netherlands three weeks ago, we quickly and easily found an apartment thanks to Sergino and Alcoco. He was very kind and helpful at every step, from the viewing to signing the contract. Even outside of working hours he answered our many questions and explained the process to us.
Sergino is a great guy! Although the first place I had applied for wasn't available when I submitted my application, Sergino quickly and easily suggested another place, which wasn't even online yet! Within a day or two, Sergino offered me a video call from that place, because I was about to move here from Greece, and I'm now living here with a lot of pleasure. 100% recommended, especially in the terrible housing market of Amsterdam!

It seems to be the same person who gave a 1-star rating, because in my case everything went very smoothly and clearly. The deposit was quickly refunded by the owner after my rental period, because you pay the deposit to them and not the service costs. I already miss Amsterdam, what a fantastic city and people.

They are trying to steal my money. After a month I still have no news about my deposit... NO RENT WITH THIS REAL ESTATE AGENCY. WORST LETTING AGENT IN AMSTERDAM Two and a half months and still no news about my deposit. Not even an invoice with what they ask... when I checked out, Alcoco said the apartment was well treated... but no refund.
Javier, Don't we understand this fake review? As you know, we never received your deposit, it was in the possession of the landlord. The landlord handed you a bill with all the costs he had to bear when you left the apartment at the end of your rental period.
