The nice thing is that Henk has technical knowledge, which is clearly noticeable during viewings, guiding you through the entire process regarding bidding, appraisal, mortgage application and knowing the local market well. We couldn't have wished for anything better after having viewed many houses in different places, made numerous bids and consistently without result.
