Zo hebben wij bij de 3e bezichtiging van een huis al een akkoord gehad op het bod waarmee wij niet te hoog hebben overbieden. The review below is from a woman who had to move after a divorce, two years later. The frustration is understandable but it's not fair that it’s being directed at the real estate agent. They did more than their best. This real estate agent is absolutely recommended.

My lawyer has repeatedly pointed out to this broker the legal regulations, which were ignored. Three times I received an incorrect order of services with numerous errors, including even a wrong house number. An order even crossed out with pen and scribbles. A price tag was stuck on the property without consultation, with the answer being that I wasn't a realtor, didn't understand, and had to have a structural survey carried out at my expense. Finally, the association NVM was brought in, then it became too hot for this broker under his feet and he threw in the towel. I hope Mike Gorter is satisfied with putting a 6-year-old child on the street and then moving into the property himself without taking over and preventing the sale. In short, a very bad realtor, (apparently I'm not the only one see review facebook). Arrogant, Unreliable, doesn't keep appointments. Scammers!!!! A warned person counts for two.
