I had an appointment scheduled for the business property on May 14th, and I really wanted to view and buy it soon. (But the real estate agent was busy and couldn't do it until 5 days later). But the real estate agent already sold it in the meantime and canceled on me, I didn't even get the chance to view it or bid!!!!! Don't try to twist the story, I only asked if there was a possibility to rent, and the answer was no from your side, so I thought about it for 1 day and made an appointment with you to view in order to BUY! It just didn't go fairly, POINT!

Mr. M Mooij (real estate agent) appraised my property. It was a mortgage with NHG [National Mortgage Guarantee]. The value of the home was objectively good, but he did not include any renovations, while we were planning to renovate for €40,000. The fault lay with Mr. Mooij. I had to pay €665.19 for the appraisal and due to his stupid mistake, I had to pay another €217.80. I already found that €665.19 very expensive. I advise everyone against this appraiser, scandalous.
