I had a very unpleasant experience with this real estate agency. The agents showed a shocking lack of professionalism during our interaction. They were late for appointments and appeared unprepared and without the required documents. The agent then handed over a spontaneously handwritten document for signing, which he subsequently lost - an error that led to legal problems. The communication also left much to be desired. Emails were sent arbitrarily to me or my husband, without the courtesy of using the CC function to keep both parties informed. Furthermore, the contact person was changed without prior notice. All in all, the service was incredibly disorganized and frustrating. I cannot recommend this real estate agency to anyone looking for reliable and professional real estate services.
