Kanters offers a bid for a free valuation but if you want to have it carried out, they suddenly lose interest in doing it.

Better late than never I write this review. January 2019 my house was put up for sale through the mediation of Kanters Garantiemakelaars in Dongen. The choice for Kanters compared to the other local real estate agents was made by me based on the first impression that Aad Kanters made on me during the initial consultation. As far as I'm concerned, Aad Kanters has lived up to this first impression perfectly well. Ultimately, Kanters Garantiemakelaars sold my house quickly (within 3 weeks), and the entire process until the transfer almost completely ran to full satisfaction.

Very poor follow-up regarding interest in a new construction project. Kanters was aware of our interest in two plots. Two plots that were free at that time. Without hearing us, they chose two other parties. The way you are then addressed is shocking! Interest is deliberately ignored. Unprofessional is an understatement.
