I did deviate from his advice regarding the asking price, and you were very cooperative in that matter, ultimately achieving the desired result. Communication with the office was also always good and quick. I could easily ask for information and advice in between.

Luckily, Pepijn could join us on very short notice for the appointment (asked in the morning, time in the afternoon to go to the viewing! Made clear on facts and points of attention. Our house in Oisterwijk was recently sold by VMG Makelaars, pff how quickly that went. During our vacation, the viewings took place - we found that very pleasant. We received a detailed report every day after the viewings on how it had gone. Very nice! The ladies at the office were super friendly and helpful. A really reliable agency, highly recommended.

Very unprofessional and rude, really bad! Ask a question about an appraisal that was carried out where the square meters are incorrect. The question is very clear: how does this happen? And of course, how do you arrive at the value? Then you get a frustrated employee who reacts to you very loudly, calmly and agitated. He states that the square meters don't matter for the valuation. I indicate that I am not satisfied with the way the answer is given and that it could be done in a more decent manner, and then you get a very arrogant man (Thijs) who keeps shouting and doesn't want to listen to you. That’s how you won’t get far. If I could give 0 stars, I would have.
