Tijdens de eerste afspraak werd er een vraagprijs genoemd die zelf slapend vanaf de bank wel behaald zou moeten worden.. Maar, die was te hoog in gezet bleek. 30.000 euro gezakt in prijs en nog steeds amper bezichtigingen.Dus of er een juiste prijs is ingezet door de makelaar, betwijfel ik nog steeds.Tijdens de verkoop stopte onze makelaar met zinn werk voor Hoekstra en van Eck en kregen wij een nieuwe, zeer vriendelijke vrouwelijke makelaar. Luc heeft ons enorm goed geholpen bij zowel de aankoop van ons nieuwe huis als de verkoop van ons huidige appartement. Het was een ronduit vreselijke ervaring. Onze makelaar was Marieke Van den Bos voor zowel de aan- als verkoop van een huis in Haarlem. Ten eerste lukte het hen niet om het huis in Haarlem centrum te verkopen, ondanks een prijsverlaging, wat ongelooflijk is gezien de huidige markt. Gelukkig namen we contact op met een ander makelaarskantoor dat het huis binnen twee weken zonder problemen verkocht. Ten tweede waren ze totaal niet behulpzaam tijdens het hele aankoopproces. Ze ontvingen € 4000 voor letterlijk niets doen en zelfs de meest basale zaken niet controleren. Ze adviseerden een bedrijf voor een bouwkundige keuring dat de inspectie niet goed heeft uitgevoerd. Daardoor zitten we nu met veel problemen en kosten. Toen we hen opnieuw om hulp vroegen, waren ze wederom volkomen nutteloos, wat hun incompetentie alleen maar bevestigde.

Misleidende reclame voor huizen op Funda. Ze bieden een huis te koop aan met een zogenaamd gedeeld dakterras. De aanbieding gaat vergezeld van een aantal foto's, waaronder één van een dakterras, wat suggereert dat dit inderdaad het gedeelde terras van het huis is. Het blijkt echter dat de foto een terras toont dat NIET bij dit huis hoort, maar privé-eigendom is van iemand anders. In plaats daarvan is er een stukje van ongeveer 2 m² op het dak dat wél het gedeelde dakterras is. "Een drankje en wat snacks in de zon nuttigen en bijpraten met je buren" was nog nooit zo leuk!

I sold my house through Hoekstra en van Eck Haarlem and subsequently purchased a house together with my girlfriend. Our real estate agent was Tim Nijenhuis. My experience with Hoekstra en van Eck was that there was always time taken for questions and good attention was given to our wishes. Even in matters where advice was needed, this was neatly provided and substantiated, even in areas we hadn't initially thought of. What I personally found very pleasant was that there was a fixed price. And not such a construction with a higher price if more is obtained for the house (sale). Very nice. Tim said about this: 'Do you really think I would try harder in such a case? I always do my best!' I was helped very well during the entire process and would definitely recommend them.
