Two viewings were requested with her. The first time she arrived more than a quarter of an hour late, followed by a very amateur viewing, knew nothing about the house. A week later, a phone call stating that the system didn't work and she didn't know if we had made an offer. For the second viewing, we were informed the day before that the house had already been sold. Not very nice. Don't buy a house through her, I don't understand how she is still a recognized real estate agent.
