Very bad experience with this broker! Willemijn Kok acts unprofessionally and clearly has no empathy! We heard on Saturday that we had bought a house from Hoekstra and van Eck. Our deal was done, the property was verbally promised to us and we were congratulated! However, on Monday afternoon we received a message that another bid had been placed under different conditions. Instead of HvE saying that the property had been sold, this broker gave the other bidder space and now sold the property to them. We do not recommend this broker!! This is not our way of doing business! In addition, Lindsey, the receptionist at HvE, is very abrupt towards customers. So we really do not recommend Hoekstra and van Eck!! Peter and Carina

Our house sold through HvE. Marco Kuhne is/was our real estate agent. In the past, he was also the buyer's agent for the house we were selling. And well, what's good you don't change, so that's why this time again Marco. The collaboration went smoothly, the house was quickly online. Within a day there were already 9 viewings scheduled and after the first viewing day a nice offer was made which we agreed to. In fact, our house was sold within 1 day. Lines are short, Marco is easily accessible via email, phone and whatsapp. Also, Marco helped us with checking the forms of our new house, even though we hadn't asked him to do so.
