We waren wat laat voor de bezichtiging, maar hadden van tevoren gebeld en ons was verzekerd dat dit geen probleem zou zijn. De stagiaire met wie we contact hadden, was beleefd en behulpzaam, maar Coen was onbeleefd en onvriendelijk. Hij liep niet eens met ons mee door het huis en we voelden ons ongemakkelijk om vragen te stellen omdat hij gehaast en chagrijnig was. Al met al was het een onaangename ervaring en het heeft een negatieve indruk achtergelaten van het makelaarskantoor en zelfs van het huis zelf. Echt vreselijk.
