Zeer aan te bevelen makelaardij en assurantien, vriendelijk, bekwaam, open, transparant, duidelijk, behulpzaam. Met het verkopen van een huis tot het kopen van een huis daarin word men goed begeleid en met alles gaande weg goed op de hoogte gehouden. Fijn om hier een verzekeringspakket te hebben. Bij vragen of aanpassen pakket kan je altijd terecht voor vragen per mail of telefonisch of een op locatie gesprek en wordt er samen gekeken naar wat er past bij je als verzekeringspakket. Verder heb je hierbij ook geen werk met pakketen uitzoeken en prijzen vergelijken, dit wordt allemaal voor je gedaan. Ik heb hier al een heel wat jaren mijn verzekeringspakket lopen en altijd tevreden.

Uitermate onprofessioneel en amateuristisch. Communiceert helemaal niet met ons aankoopmakelaar die hem notabene heeft aangedragen. Zeer ontevreden met zijn houding. Mensen ga met een groot boog om dit bedrijf heen.

Hulsebosch is een ervaren makelaar. je krijgt heel snel antwoord op je app/mail. Ik zou deze makelaar zeker aanraden.

De communicatie verloopt prettig en is op meerdere manier mogelijk, zoals whats'app, mail en bellen. Het is fijn dat er na elke bezichtiging een update wordt gegeven en er tussentijds wordt geëvalueerd en een nieuw plan wordt opgesteld wanneer nodig. Verder wordt er goed instructie gegeven wat belangrijk is voor de foto's voor funda en de bezichtigingen.

Nice people, house purchased and financing arranged through Hulsebosch. Insurance also perfectly arranged.

I can unfortunately only advise against doing business with this broker. Hulsebosch was hired for the sale of real estate. Subsequently, he collaborated with a BUYING party AND also had attachments placed on all assets. The judge ruled in his favor and the attachment had to be lifted. Justice! But after 10 years, there is still an attachment on my house and I have to resolve it myself. Mr. does nothing about it...

great people, think with you and are always ready for you

If you inquire about family coverage for your liability insurance, and someone confirms that you have received that coverage, I assumed my children were also insured. Not so.

If I indicate that I would like to be invited to a viewing/open day, it seems like a good plan if I actually receive an invitation and not just feedback a few weeks later that the house has already been sold. Very unfortunate, this is not a company I will ever do business with.

Very bad, when they promise something I do think they should keep it and they also need to start responding to their emails, I find this very unprofessional
