Christiaan-Pieter sold our house. We were initially charmed by his enthusiasm and creativity. During the sale, there were some shortcomings (incorrect photo, no promised animation, our house not listed on his website for a month, presentations of buyers from his own file, proactively contacting potential buyers) which were rectified after we raised them. Ultimately, the house was sold based on his advice (€40,000 below asking price), about which we still have mixed feelings. For a next sale, we will opt for a larger, recognized agency.
