Several brokers consulted regarding the sale of a second apartment. De Keizer seemed most professional to me with a very reasonable rate. No nonsensical rate constructions regarding equity, which you see with some other parties. Manon guided the entire process with Bibianne as support. I received good advice from beginning to end on how to put him on the market as well as possible, which was successful! Interior design advice and photographer were well arranged. When we considered selling our apartment, we informed 10 real estate agents of our intention, asking if they had a buyer for our apartment. This did not result in any active approach other than from Keizer Real Estate! The process led to a successful transaction. Much contact occurred through an internal employee. This lady was very friendly but less knowledgeable.
