Zeer amateuristisch, onprofessionele en onprettige ervaring met Sander. Ondanks serieuze interesse en een bod gebaseerd op de startprijs die door de eigenaren zelf was gecommuniceerd, en zelfs bereidheid om meer te betalen. Weigerde de makelaar zijn werk te doen en basale informatie te verstrekken over de VvE, fundering en verdere technische staat. De communicatie was stroef en minimaal; er werd gedreigd met deadlines, rare acties en vragen werden simpelweg niet beantwoord met de mededeling dat er 'geen reden meer was om te antwoorden'. Een makelaar met een eigen machtsagendaatje en niet in het belang van zorgplicht en transparantie van verkoop lijkt te werken. Tevens slecht bereikbaar, onduidelijk en vaag. Dit ligt behoorlijk op de grens van zwendel, pas maar op.
Working with Sander is pleasant. Partly due to his calmness and expertise, I was able to sell my house quickly and well, above expectations.
Clear and concise in communication. Keeps appointments. Is always ready with well-reasoned advice and shares his knowledge. Thinks a little further than just selling a house. Very valuable!

Without Sander and the people of Spotmakelaardij, it would never have been possible to buy our house so quickly. Sander sees things that we didn't immediately see, makes time for you, and communicates clearly about the pros and cons of a property. The nice thing about Sander is also that he reassures you when things don't quite work out and protects you from a hasty decision. As long as the feeling isn't 100% yes, you shouldn't buy it.

Receiving unsolicited advertising for a parking space from this realtor in my mailbox. N.B. in my mailbox with a NO-NO sticker. I do understand why it happened; Because how on earth do you sell an outdoor parking space - which you moreover, due to the Saturday flea market, cannot use - for the exorbitant amount of a euroTON, well, not entirely true; 99,000 euros. Don't get me wrong; I have nothing against commerce or making money. Normally I wouldn’t bother writing a response either, but unsolicited and intrusive advertising for an outdoor parking space, for which normally not even half is paid, I find extremely rude. I’ve already eaten and drunk because of this whenever I see the name of this realtor come across. You won't see me ever using the services of this money-grubbing realtor.
“If you are not interested, you don't have to call” without even listening to the question. Nicely addressing potential buyers is definitely not a goal.
Racists, first responded twice with a foreign name and received no response, then with a Dutch surname and did receive a response. Very disappointing that this still happens in 2023. You just don't realize that I have been working for the municipality of Maarssen / Stichtse Vecht for 27 years already. Therefore, I will also submit this to them today.
Beste San San, Bovenstaande is iets waar wij ons totaal niet in herkennen. Wij verhuren veel woningen en aan alle nationaliteiten. We nodigen je graag uit voor een kop koffie of een telefoongesprek om dit te bespreken. Hopelijk gaat u hierop in en kunnen we dit even bespreken met elkaar want van discriminatie is echt geen sprake!

Sander very clearly understood what our wishes were regarding the purchase of our new home, and we were presented with interesting houses as a result. With our favorite house, he effectively used his knowledge of the market and his contacts with the selling realtor so that we could have an extra viewing and make a good offer. Very happy with his advice on bidding and what to do/not to do. Highly recommended!
Sander is a really great agent. He's collaborative, honest, and keeps his promises, which isn't something you can take for granted these days. Both when selling and buying our house, he was truly of added value. We would definitely go through another process with him.

Spot is een topmakelaar. Ik werk al sinds 2013 samen met Sander F., toen hij me hielp met de verhuur van mijn huis gedurende bijna 5 jaar. Daarna hielp hij me met de verkoop van ons huis in Langerak en de aankoop van ons droomhuis in Vleuten. Ik beveel Spot aan bij iedereen die ik ken en die in de regio Utrecht wil verkopen/kopen/huren, en tot nu toe is niemand teleurgesteld.
Based on advice from friends, I chose this broker. They are very pushy and don't keep appointments. They don't think along, unless it's about their commission. Ultimately, I spoke to a new broker who helped me much better. The name spotmakelaardij (spot brokerage) is correct, because they are a mockery of the entire brokerage.
Beste Moist, We vinden het enorm spijtig dat je deze ervaring met ons hebt gehad. We zijn ons beide (Sander en Michiel) niet bewust van deze bovenstaande situatie. Kritisch naar onszelf kijken vinden we geen probleem maar uw naam kunnen we niet plaatsen. We hebben klantcontact en het opbouwen van een langdurige relatie juist hoog in het vaandel. Graag zouden we met u in contact treden om bovenstaande een keer rustig te bespreken.
