Then the relevant real estate agent tried the key at the wrong door... so that gave confidence. I just left... fingers crossed. After all the viewings, I later heard from several buyers (who I personally know) that the real estate agent was more interested in his phone than in the buyers. I was even told that important aspects of the house were not even mentioned. Things like the existence of a shed (which doesn't become apparent unless you are told)... that’s quite nice to know as a buyer. After the viewings, it was always calling for information, which didn't come from them. And even then I felt like I was being annoying by calling. The entire informational piece didn't get any better after that. Zero initiative from Hooghlanden. Ultimately, the house sold itself and I believe that the capabilities of Hooghlanden did not contribute to it. Perhaps all the real estate agents are too busy to do their job properly, but this isn’t about selling a sandwich. I still have more things to point out, but then I would be specific and I would like to remain anonymous. All in all, I believe that there are better alternatives than Hooghlanden.
