Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over de begeleiding van Desiree. Ze is deskundig, eerlijk en denkt echt met je mee gedurende het hele proces. Op 26 maart 2026 had ik een afspraak met verkoopmakelaar Desiree om 14.00 uur, die per e-mail was bevestigd. Twee dagen voor de afspraak heb ik een e-mail gestuurd met de vraag of de afspraak op dezelfde dag op een later tijdstip kon plaatsvinden. Ik heb aangegeven dat als dat niet mogelijk was, 14.00 uur ook goed zou zijn. Helaas heb ik nooit een reactie ontvangen op mijn verzoek. Op de dag van de afspraak was Desiree er om 14.00 uur niet, wat erg teleurstellend was. Mijn tijd werd verspild en ik kreeg geen uitleg of follow-up."

What a wonderful team, I was very well helped with the sale of my house, after a pleasant preliminary discussion with good sales tips. After carrying out everything as agreed, a good photographer came who really took the time to take beautiful photos and the house appeared on Funda in no time with a catchy text. The result was that the house was sold within 2 weeks. For me, nothing but praise for the good professional and relaxed atmosphere of the sale of the house.

Terrible service, I would really never recommend this company. We needed an appraisal report, which was supposed to take a week. It took two weeks instead. From the beginning it was messy, a photo that hadn't been taken and that we still had to provide ourselves, 3-4 working days to send a standard form. We even received the bill before the report arrived. Every day it would be ready 'tomorrow'. Not so, of course.

This is a company that doesn't honor the agreements made. In an industry where you work with deadlines and have to deal with them, it’s really not convenient. From personal experience, my partner and I are therefore not satisfied. And that's putting it mildly. And at the moment when the appointment wasn't kept, we had to email and call ourselves otherwise we wouldn't even know when we would receive our documents. After several calls, we finally got through to someone. This person didn’t speak to me very pleasantly. Let me put it this way: as a customer, I didn't feel like I was being treated like a king. A shame because in this way I am left with no good feeling about further collaboration.

I almost never write a review about a company but this one is well deserved. How Desiree from Klik op Huizen Makelaardij helped us! When selling our house, we invited three real estate agents, one cancelled because they were too busy and the other agent was friendly and competent but their sales advice was considerably lower and the proposed sales approach was very different as well.
