Ik heb eerder via dit makelaarskantoor een woning gekocht en wilde nu weer gebruikmaken van hun verhuurdiensten, maar deze ervaring was buitengewoon teleurstellend en ver beneden mijn verwachtingen van een professioneel bedrijf. Desondanks bestond de shortlist die ik kreeg grotendeels uit studenten, wat niet aan mijn eisen voldeed en mijn opties aanzienlijk beperkte. De communicatie was gedurende het hele proces slecht. Ik moest herhaaldelijk contact opnemen om reacties te krijgen en belangrijke stappen in het proces werden niet correct afgehandeld. Ik ontving conceptcontracten met meerdere fouten en ik heb nooit een definitieve versie ter ondertekening ontvangen, wat later onnodige problemen voor de huurders veroorzaakte. Toen ik deze problemen aankaartte en de vraag stelde of de kosten gerechtvaardigd waren gezien de geleverde service, kreeg ik geen reactie. Pas toen de factuur betaald moest worden, werd er weer gecommuniceerd, maar toen lag de focus op de betaling in plaats van op het oplossen van de problemen die ik had aangekaart. Al met al toonde deze ervaring een gebrek aan aandacht voor detail, zwakke communicatie en slechte opvolging. Op basis hiervan zou ik hun diensten niet meer gebruiken.
