I worked with this company for a few weeks as a starter. There was some miscommunication between me and one of their agents right before they went on vacation, which led to misunderstandings between me and the other agents. I had heard good things about the first agent I spoke with, but ultimately I found another agent who could help me through the process. My experience was not ideal, but the company acknowledged it and offered their apologies.

Poor communication and twice cancelled at the last minute. In the end, they refused to show me the apartment because there was 'a lot of interest' in it. Apparently, the rule is: the more customers, the less effort they put into it. Don't waste your time on this company. Update: I have raised the review to 3 stars, because eventually someone did contact me and apologized for the lack of professionalism.
