Bij dit makelaars kantoor kreeg ik gelijk een goed gevoel. Roger heeft heel goed geadviseerd bij de verkoper van mijn woning in Amsterdam zuidoost. Nooit gedacht dat ik zo een hoge verkoopprijs zou krijgen. Ook goed advies voor een hypotheek adviseur. Ginger heeft goed geadviseerd bij de aankoop van mijn nieuw appartement in Zaandam. Onze ervaring met deze makelaar was helaas bijzonder teleurstellend. Vanaf het begin ontbrak het aan transparantie: belangrijke informatie werd niet gedeeld, vragen werden ontwijkend beantwoord en we moesten constant zelf achter updates aan. De communicatie was ronduit slecht — traag, onduidelijk en vaak compleet afwezig. Wat het nog frustrerender maakte, was het totaal gebrek aan empathie en betrokkenheid. In plaats van met ons mee te denken of proactief stappen te zetten om het proces te versnellen, leken ze nauwelijks geïnteresseerd in het tot een goede afronding brengen van de transactie. We hadden gehoopt op professionele begeleiding, maar kregen het tegenovergestelde. Op basis van onze ervaring kunnen we deze makelaar helaas niet aanraden.
