If you (as an expat) want to buy a house in Amsterdam, look no further. We really couldn't have done it without this team. Inger Smit was fantastic from the beginning. She virtually met with us and explained the entire Dutch system, so we knew exactly where to start. Her feedback after the first few viewings was very honest, which prevented us from making beginner's mistakes. But a huge feather in particular for Jeroen. He supported us during the most intense period after we had found our dream apartment, and it met all our wishes. The market here is a real shark tank and the bidding process was extremely stressful, but Jeroen remained completely calm under pressure. Despite the language barrier and the speed at which everything goes, he kept us on track and gave us really good advice. It felt like we had a real professional at our side who genuinely cared about the outcome.
