We really wanted to buy our first house together and that didn't work out. That can of course happen, but the way it went down was very sour and bitter. We found it nice at van der Heijden Real Estate that the seller Jimmy was very open and friendly during viewings. He explained all questions neatly and he was reachable outside office hours. Yet we also have feedback for van der Heijden Real Estate. We found the process very unclear and doubtful. This can of course be due to the selling party, but it could also be due to the agent's tactics. This we will never get out on the table. However, it is nice for the buying party if there is more communication at the agreed times. If the selling party still doesn't know what they want to decide on, then that is also an answer for the buying party. Now we were often in suspense waiting for answers, which was very tiring in our process. It's nice to have clarity.

Bad experience with this realtor as a buyer. And somewhere I'm glad our offer wasn't even accepted. Viewing with multiple couples at the same time, so little time. Talked more about himself than the house. The extra papers with facts about the house such as leaks were delivered to us the afternoon before the viewing – when are you supposed to review them before the viewing? Afterwards he promised all sorts of brochures, you still had to ask for those and I never received one! All houses with this realtor are listed ridiculously expensive for sale. I made a bid because of the house, but the realtors gave me the creeps. I certainly wouldn't take them in my arms if I ever have to sell my house, because you do want your sellers to look with a good feeling! Haha in response to this he can’t even spell my name correctly. And that phone call, just like the viewing, was mostly about yourself. I hope people think twice!
