Bought a house at the beginning of this year through this selling real estate agent (the sellers had engaged them) and now have a bad experience to show for it. The real estate agent told inaccuracies during the viewing, did not keep appointments, and there was very poor and disjointed communication. It gave off a strong impression: you're not paying us, so don't bother us. Finally, the real estate agent didn't even go along to the notary (which in my experience always happens).

I bought a house from this real estate agent. The sales text states that a room is fully insulated. Now it turns out that this room is not insulated at all. When you ask what makes them believe there is full insulation, the response is that they simply took over this information from the sellers. Given that my question is therefore unanswered (how was it insulated), I conclude that this real estate agent cannot come up with arguments showing that this room is indeed insulated. They just publish a sales text without checking or wanting to check the information. As long as the text is attractive, they don't look at the facts here. In addition, the candidate-real estate agent did not provide me with the correct information about a crack in the wall. Documentation from the sellers of the house shows that there would be a crack in the wall. When I asked about this during the viewing, the candidate-real estate agent showed me a different, harmless crack. Later I found out that there was a larger crack behind the curtains and sofa which, in my opinion, is less harmless than the crack that the candidate-real estate agent pointed out to me. Later, I raised this again during the transfer of the house, in the presence of my purchasing agent and the sellers. The candidate-real estate agent brushed it off as an unimportant detail. I mentioned the above two points again in a complaint email to the owners of the real estate agency because I feel very deceived about these circumstances. However, I received a response that I am not satisfied with. They are washing their hands of it and stated that there was a misunderstanding. No apologies were made regarding my complaint. It's a shame they provide incorrect information, in my opinion deliberately. Personally, I am very happy with the purchase of the house, but certainly not with the sale of the house by this real estate agent.
