De verkoop van de Kloksteeg was geen "gewoon verkoopdossier". Er moest veel gebeuren bij de notaris en gemeente om het pand in goede orde te kunnen verkopen. Michiel heeft bij elke stap met ons meegedacht, geholpen en heeft het figuurlijke stapje extra meermaals gedaan. Wij zijn blij met de service en begeleiding in de wir-war van gemeentelijke/ landelijke regels, service van notarissen die regelmatig te wensen overliet en daarnaast dan nog de "gewone" verkoop van het pand.
