Mijn ervaring met Hoekstra & Van Eck kenmerkte zich door structurele vertraging. In mijn traject liepen termijnen op tot circa 12 maanden. Daarnaast werd verplichte documentatie herhaaldelijk onvolledig of onjuist aangeleverd, terwijl vooraf duidelijk was wat vereist was. Van een professionele makelaar mag regie, voortgangsbewaking en kwaliteitscontrole worden verwacht. Die heb ik in dit traject onvoldoende ervaren. Verwijzingen naar externe partijen boden geen oplossing voor de ontstane problemen. Op basis van mijn ervaring vereist samenwerking met dit kantoor voortdurende eigen regie en aanvullende (juridische) ondersteuning om het proces beheersbaar te houden.

De makelaar heeft de extra mile gedaan voor verkoop woning in een complexe situatie. Bij administratieve afhandeling verkoopcontract opdrachtgever verkoop niet laten tekenen waardoor contract onrechtmatig was. Extra bezichtiging gehouden met kopers vlak voor overdracht zonder ons daarover te informeren. Onder de streep is het huis verkocht voor correcte prijs en dat is het belangrijkste.

Er wordt uitgegaan van kwade intentie en een incasso bureau wordt direct ingeschakeld zonder enig contact vooraf. Door een technisch probleem met mijn e-mail heb ik de factuur en herinneringen nooit ontvangen – ook niet in mijn spam. In plaats van telefonisch contact met mij op te nemen, schakelden ze direct een incassobureau in, met extra kosten erbij. Wanneer je als actieve klant loopt dan gaat telefonisch contact goed maar om te controleren of je de factuur heb ontvangen is bellen teveel moeite. Na het contact met het incasso bureau heb ik mijn situatie uitgelegd aan de telefoon maar daar werd niets mee gedaan. Er werd niet gebeld, niet meegedacht – alleen uitgegaan van kwade opzet van mijn kant. Dat voelt onpersoonlijk en onterecht.

Very bad experience with this realtor. Due to a lack of knowledge and incorrect advice from this realtor, we ended up in a legal dispute with the buyers. One big nightmare of one and a half years and more than euros lost on lawyer's fees and settlement costs.
