We engaged Natalie for a house exchange. In the past, we had already been in contact with her about a possible sale of our home, which ultimately did not go ahead at that time, but that experience was already very pleasant. With the sale of my mother's house. Let three real estate agents come by informally to give their explanation. This agent stood out above the other two. A strong point was the clear and concise way of explaining what all is involved in the sale, how the approach is. The statistics she could present about the number of home seekers looking for a specific type of property. And how things went with certain properties regarding the selling price. Very skilled. I did not expect the beautiful brochure and business card to be so nice and complete. Likewise, the extensive advertisement on funda, with the 360-degree photos and an eye-catching video. Then finally, the contact with the other employees of the office, personal and enthusiastic. Actually, nothing is too much for them. What's a shame is that above each star there should still be a crown.
