Ondanks dat de verkoop van een huis een zakelijk gebeuren is, was het contact met de makelaar heel gemoedelijk. Na elke bezichtiging werden we meteen op de hoogte gebracht. En als we vragen hadden, konden we altijd contact opnemen. Al met al een goede ervaring voor de eerste keer dat we een huis te koop hadden.

Uitstekende service en begeleiding. Op advies van de makelaar was de openings vraagprijs 10% boven de taxatiewaarde. Dit heeft het verkoopproces zeker niet versneld. Dit was te hoog ingeschat. Heb het daarom later bijgesteld.
