Ik vond dit geen fijne makelaar, ze waren erg slordig en moest zelf achter hun fouten aan zitten om dit weer recht te zetten. Dit heeft helaas ons ook geld gekost en telefoontjes worden genegeerd. Ik raad daarom deze makelaar niet aan.

Wij hebben voor de verkoop van ons huis een 4-tal makelaars uitgenodigd om offerte te maken. Eigenlijk maakten zij allemaal een goede indruk, maar eentje sprong er voor ons uit. Via mijn zusje, die collega is van deze makelaar, ben ik terechtgekomen bij den Rooijen&van Herk Makelaar Ties Vanaf het moment dat we een afspraak maakten en op kantoor kwamen, zijn we ontzettend goed geholpen. Ties heeft ons bij alles begeleid: van het kiezen van de juiste omgeving tot uitleg over het openbaar vervoer en de afstanden. Hij luisterde goed naar onze wensen en dacht echt met ons mee. Alles werd rustig en duidelijk uitgelegd, vooral de dingen die wij zelf niet goed begrepen. Of het nu ging om locaties, wijken of steden — hij nam altijd de tijd voor ons. Wat wij extra waarderen, is dat hij ook ’s avonds en in het weekend beschikbaar was, zelfs op zondag. Dat laat zien hoe betrokken en behulpzaam hij is. Als iemand een huis wil kopen of hulp nodig heeft bij het vinden van een woning, raad ik deze makelaar zeker aan. Hij is vriendelijk, respectvol en altijd bereid om te helpen.
