If you don't want to secure the financing or sell your house for as little as possible, go to Paul van Kooten. I wanted an appraisal to fall into a different risk class. WOZ value 435.00. Adjusted sale price between 435.00 and 470.00. Model values between 500.000 and 570.000. He doesn't even know the location of a reference object. My appraisal value 417.000 (needed 430.000 to fall into another risk class). €470 euro wasted on a worthless report. We also agreed that he would first share his findings before validating the report. This agreement was not kept. Don't go to this real estate agent.
