We received a number of good offers, but after we had signed the purchase contract, an old maintenance issue came up that we thought was resolved. Yvonne came up with a plan and executed it to resolve the problem and ultimately saved the deal, while we were already living abroad and could not be personally present. An amazing team. My girlfriend and I bought a house after Corona, a difficult time. House27 put us at ease quickly. A WhatsApp group was created with me, my girlfriend, our real estate agent, and an office manager who helped with scheduling viewings. Questions, quick actions, updates, appointments; everything was handled quickly and clearly. Elwin, our real estate agent, advised us during the viewings and when we found our house, it was the house that gave us a good price. He also recommended a very good mortgage advisor and notary. As a Dutch-English speaking couple, my girlfriend sometimes receives less communication than I do. They just spoke 'in Dutch with me, because that's easier'.
