Professional, customer-focused and fully stress-free. Jeroen Menkveld helped us with the sale of our holiday home. What a relief to be guided by an enthusiastic real estate agent where nothing was too much to guide the sale well, think along and keep his appointments. From a pleasant intake interview, contact with the recreational park and buyer, drafting contracts but also creatively searching for a notary in December (the most hectic time for a notary), it's all done for us.

BE CAREFUL !!! Velder Real Estate appears to be listing houses in Spain on Funda without the owner's permission. (And if you point this out to them, they say they will remove the house but don't do it. Only when you post a negative review and then threaten with legal action, they take it off Funda). So I would, especially if it's a house in Spain, first check everything before even getting into business with Velder Real Estate.

Contacted by Jeroen Menkveld to sell our caravan through their platform. For a price of 660 euros, Velder Vastgoed copied our advertisement and photos and posted them on their site. There was never any contact from your side to expedite the sale. Our experience: do not get involved with this club. No initiative and high price for merely reposting and no service that you would expect.

Sorry that you experienced this the way you did. We created, posted online, and repeatedly adjusted the ad according to your requests. Additionally, we included the project in our mailings to promote sales. The difficulty in selling mainly stems from the chalet needing to be moved immediately – a situation that limits potential buyers' interest. Our fee is a fixed amount, precisely to avoid high commissions.
