I had made an appointment for a valuation of my home and I was told that the price per square meter of the property would remain the same if I were to split the property into 2 addresses. Very strange, because the lower the m2 of an object, the higher the price per square meter. In the meantime I took another real estate agent in the neighborhood and that confirmed my feeling already: Brantjes like fast sales, unfortunately not succeeded with us. A second opinion can't hurt with Brantjes.

We have had very bad experiences with this real estate agent when purchasing a property. The inventory list was sent around 3 times, and we signed it under the latest version, as did the seller of the apartment. During the viewing, the inventory was also reviewed. When we received the keys, it ultimately didn't match; a closet, shelves, and lights were missing. We could have canceled the sale at that time, but based on the promise that it would be resolved properly, we still signed. When we claimed the proper solution, it wasn't there, it was downright scandalous, and unpleasant email exchanges followed. The seller of the apartment eventually paid us an amount. We received nothing from Brantjes, not even an apology while the fault was definitely with them. So pay close attention and don't trust the sweet talk. Make sure everything is properly documented.

Apparently, you can buy better here than rent. Project Duinvlietstraat . What a misery! What construction errors! What a bad real estate service bureau they have in service. And accommodating a tenant? You can forget that. Living pleasure was seriously impaired. Glad we were able to find something else luckily. A pity that no compensation was given. Even if it was a bouquet of flowers. Collecting money is what the investors naturally enjoy. But don't take on a project like this if you can’t deliver.

Ik heb een vreselijke ervaring gehad met Brantjes. Ze hebben mijn volledige borg ingehouden en zich onprofessioneel gedragen. We huurden een huis in Beverwijk voor twee jaar en gedurende ons verblijf reageerden ze niet op problemen zoals warm water, verwarming en elektriciteit. Bij het verlaten van het huis beweerden ze dat de kookplaat vervangen moest worden vanwege kleine krasjes, terwijl deze perfect werkte. Ik bood aan om hem zelf te vervangen, maar ze stonden erop hun aannemer in te schakelen en rekenden me € 572 aan – het dubbele van de marktprijs. Ik vond vergelijkbare kookplaten voor € 250-€ 300, maar ze negeerden mijn klachten. Ze rekenden ook € 335 aan voor het vervangen van een kleine vriezerdeur, wat absurd was. Kom op zeg, voor dat geld kun je een middelgrote vriezer kopen. In totaal hebben ze € 927 afgenomen zonder enig bewijs van reparaties te leveren en ondanks herhaalde verzoeken hebben ze niet gereageerd op mijn e-mails of telefoontjes. Ze hebben de oude kookplaat zelfs niet teruggebracht zoals beloofd. Ik voel me volledig opgelicht en gefrustreerd. Vermijd Brantjes ten koste van alles – ze verdienen geen enkele ster.
