We experienced the process with Brecheisen and Coen as pleasant and professional. Coen and colleagues take their time to explain things well. They also respond quickly to questions and requests. It's nice that they are present during the architectural inspection. The photographer could also be scheduled on very short notice. A few times, we had to point out inconsistencies in texts or errors in the delivered documents, which was a pity. Overall certainly satisfied with the support, thanks Coen and colleagues!
