Great service. I don't speak Dutch yet. That's why all communication with FRIS was in English. The real estate agent explained to me every aspect of the apartment, the building, the neighborhood and the contracts in detail. Including future plans for the building. He suggested alternative apartments. All my questions were thoroughly answered. When the deadline for signing was almost up, I asked for a small change to the contract and they managed to convince the seller to carry it out. I wholeheartedly recommend this real estate agent.

I had a terrible experience on the phone with an employee from this company. She was extremely rude, made no attempt to answer my questions, and laughed at me when I explained my situation and asked for more information about one of their properties. Very poor service, I would never come back here for property management or -advice. Please be friendlier to your customers and hire better staff.
