Unfortunately, the initial pricing was somewhat on the high side and the market for monumental properties in Middelburg in 2024 apparently had less demand, causing the sales process to take longer than expected. Ultimately, it turned out that a slightly lower price did lead to a sale. The number of viewings throughout the entire period was high and the guidance provided by the real estate agent was excellent.

What an incredible joke from a realtor. You're strung along for days, have to send everything about yourself from pay stubs to almost the color of your underwear, just to hear nonchalantly that they chose someone else after all. Why all the effort? Why give people false hope and let them wait endlessly while you apparently had someone else in mind all along? Pure contempt for the time and energy of others. Professional? Absolutely not. Human? Even less so. In short: avoid this realtor if you want to keep your self-respect.

There were only 12,000 short on an amount of 183,000. A dispute resolution committee had to be involved to get the correct amount for our house. Edit May 7, 2024: I won't delete anything because you did indeed fail me. My last name is not Apellido so I will indeed not appear in your system. You assessed my house at 183,000 in 2020 and after a dispute resolution committee with Hoogedeure, Synchro and Dingemanse, the amount came out to 195,000. Before involving the dispute resolution committee, I tried to get an explanation via email of your calculations and whether you might want to re-evaluate them. However, I received an answer that the people involved were on vacation. So then I involved the dispute resolution committee. I could live with that outcome but because you didn't do your job properly, it cost me 1.5x appraisal costs. I still have all email correspondence. I am willing to publish something or other if you still don’t believe me?
