A real estate agent must also understand that people have family and work obligations, which means that traveling to a viewing can mean taking vacation days and canceling other appointments. Since not everyone has a salary of more than five digits or a working partner to help increase the bid price, some of us have heard 'no' for years, like me. 3 years 'no', 3 years of wasted vacation time, 3 years of canceled obligations, 3 years of wasted time in public transport and fuel, 3 years or bosses who feel uncomfortable with last-minute requests to leave work earlier. That said, it costs less than 10 seconds to send a ready-made message and reply to an email that would save someone unnecessary work or private inconvenience. There is absolutely no excuse to cancel someone's viewing without spending 10 seconds to provide feedback by copying and pasting. Let that be a lesson for the growing business.

Pauw Real Estate has a high level of service quality. The firm is professional when it comes to providing and gathering necessary information. The realtor Evert Dibbets has extensive knowledge of the market, informs himself about the details of the property as well as the surroundings and thus provides understandable answers to every question. Furthermore, he accurately assesses what the expected purchase price will be.

Had several very unpleasant experiences with Patrick. Always very demanding when something needs to be done. We receive messages like; “make sure you are home on July 10th at 9 am” because someone needed to look at a leak in the balcony. Instead of making an appointment by consultation. He also opened our door himself three times to let someone in without permission. Then you say something about it and you get threats like; “I won’t be lenient with the final inspection”. If things are broken at your rental property, he hardly responds or tries to shift the blame onto you. You can't expect maintenance on the woodwork or windows from this exploiter either. In short, be warned, very nasty guy!!

The rental apartment I was in was sold. An understandable choice given the changes in the free sector. Previously, the contract ended via email, professionally and clearly. Since the announcement of the sale, Patrick has been contacting me via Whatsapp. His messages are unprofessional. His attitude causes a lot of irritation for me. Until the moment he stood in my rental apartment without permission. He had understood from my downstairs neighbor from the VVE that I had already moved out. However, that was not the case at all. I was at work and received a message from him saying he was inside with a technician to look at the balcony. I indicated that I don't find this pleasant because all my belongings are in the apartment and no appointment has been made about it. Since he wants to sell it, he completely disrespects the rights of a tenant. He started threatening that if I would make work of this, he wouldn’t return my deposit. It is really very sad that someone abuses his position. Because what could I have done as a tenant? I did want my deposit back? And I don't have the resources for a good lawyer, and of course, he knew that. He ultimately refused to communicate via email and deleted the voicemail messages on Whatsapp in which he said he was in my house. So he knew very well that he was wrong. I dare not think that how he treats me is an exception and that he only acts like this towards me. I expect him to pull these kinds of strange stunts with more people. Really a pity to see that a grown man can’t/won’t adopt a mature attitude.

We have now purchased two houses through Patrick. He knows the market, advises you critically, and the after-sales service is nothing short of excellent. I can warmly recommend Pauw to everyone!

We searched for and bought a house through Pauw. We were extremely well assisted by Evert. An honest story and advice, no quick talk. Very nice, highly recommended!

Appointment made, nobody showed up. Called, they didn't even have my name in the agenda. Studio has since been sold, all appointments are cancelled and you drive 160km for nothing.. The lady on the phone asks if you’re sure you had an appointment with them. Unbelievable.

Pauw does not respect the wishes of local residents. Despite the NO NO sticker, they still put the unwanted SPAM folder in the mailbox. Why do you think we have that sticker?
