Zeer prettige vakkundige en persoonlijke begeleiding van Joke en Fedde bij de verkoop van een object.
Heel prettig persoonlijk en professioneel contact en begeleiding van de verkoop! Goed bereikbaar en deskundig kantoor.
Top! Wat een mooie cijfers en woorden!! Soms kost het wat meer moeite om tot een succesvolle verkoop te komen. Bedankt voor het geduld en vertrouwen! Veel geluk en gezondheid toegewenst van ons allebei!
Zeer professionele begeleiding in het gehele verkooptraject. De makelaar hield het hoofd koel, als wij nerveus werden. Van begin tot einde van het verkooptraject was de makelaar altijd beschikbaar. Chapeau!
Deze man zou een goede reclame voor Snickers zijn. Begint al met een verwijzing naar Funda voor een bod, communiceert net zo goed als een oude papegaai en vriendelijkheid is ver te vinden. Geen idee of dit een idee is van Friese nuchterheid (ik ken veel friezen maar deze is een geval apart) maar als je afgezeken wil worden terwijl je een bod wil uitbrengen dan moet je vooral bij deze topper zijn!
Goed contact, professioneel en zakelijk.Top makelaar. Een huis verkopen is een soms moeilijk proces maar de makelaar nam veel zorgen uit handen en was een goede gesprekspartner die oplossingen.bood.

The choice of real estate agent was purely based on feeling, and the choice has not disappointed. The contact was excellent, short lines. In my opinion, Fedde is a real estate agent who knows his stuff, which makes it feel familiar right away. We were also warmly received at the office in Balk. I can only say words of praise.
Contact with the Real Estate Agent went very well. The agent is experienced and knows the market very well. What stands out is the local market knowledge; the agent has had several properties of this type in his portfolio on Talma Park over the years and sold them successfully. The guidance was good, with clear information at the beginning of the process about how it would generally proceed. And also the completion including the inspection and the legal proceedings with the notary went as expected.
Excellent process. Sold quickly, but because it's recreational property with potential rental income, I also gave the buyer some advice.

Our house was a little difficult to sell due to the many extra features such as swimming pool, sauna and large basement and is located in a somewhat remote village. In a central village or town, the yield would have been at least 20% more.

Fedde Akkerman is an expert broker with principles. He took good care of us and added things we hadn't thought of. The process proceeded quickly with a lot of expertise and customer focus.
