I have just cancelled my mortgage and insurance here. They can't open pdf files which means it takes them a month to process a claim form. I requested several conversations: then they say I will be called back, but that never happened. Cancelling the insurances wasn't processed correctly so the automatic debit was stopped two months late. (A considerable) number of times they failed to keep appointments. We now have a beautiful new house, but we have closed the mortgage and insurance elsewhere.
