I would not choose Adriaanssen real estate again and/or recommend it to others. The house was ultimately sold for a good price, but the process leading up to that was incredibly messy. This was my first time selling a house, so everything was exciting, and you hope to be guided a bit. Forget about that. Listed: 1) unwilling to take the time for you. 2) repeatedly late for viewings. 3) important VVE/mortgage rules not in order, causing the sale to fall through once and almost not happening the second time. 4) Too easy in communication and brushes things aside. A lot of 'it will be alright'. But sometimes... it doesn't work out. Conclusion: messy and certainly didn’t provide stress-free support for a first sale.

Contact very good, knowledgeable and experienced, also helps with André matters that come along when selling “looking” , pays close attention to the financial part, also gives personal attention (whether you as a “layman” on the housing market understand the additional risks) am very satisfied

Last year we bought a house through Adriaansen Makelaardij. My girlfriend and I found the communication quite bad and it seemed like they didn't want to help us. Responses were curt and irritated, unfortunately. We experienced it as very unpleasant and not nice.

Vandaag had ik een bezichtiging met een vrouwelijke makelaar van Adriaanssen Makelaardij. Ik neem aan dat ze in het management van dit bedrijf zit, aangezien ik haar gezicht op hun website zie. Ik stelde vragen over de fundering van een pand waarin ik geïnteresseerd was. Ze zei: "Als ik zeg dat het in orde is, is het in orde. U heeft geen papieren nodig. Als u een funderingscheck wilt, moet u die zelf betalen, dat kost € 5.000." Ik antwoordde dat € 5.000 geen probleem voor me was en liep weg zonder gedag te zeggen. Het was duidelijk dat ze geen idee had met wie ze te maken had. Bedankt dat ik dit pand 20 minuten eerder mocht bezichtigen. Ten eerste, leer hoe je met mensen omgaat. Leer jezelf voor te stellen. Leer dat mensen met geld niet met dollars voor je neus zwaaien, omdat ze dat niet hoeven te doen. Leer dat ik geen zaken doe met mensen die me onbeleefd behandelen! Leer dat je niet de enige makelaar bent en dat dit niet het enige pand op deze planeet is! Schaam je dat je je klanten zo behandelt! Tegen de tijd dat je me 15 minuten nadat ik vertrokken was belde, was ik sowieso al klaar met je. Mensen zoals jij verdienen mijn geld niet. Ik zou dit bureau en deze persoon in het bijzonder niet aanbevelen.
