Onze ervaring met Van Herk was erg positief, vooral door de persoonlijke aanpak gedurende het hele verkoopproces. Zo werd er bij het bepalen van de vraagprijs echt de tijd genomen om samen naar de markt en onze wensen te kijken, wat ons direct vertrouwen gaf. Tijdens de bezichtigingen werden we steeds snel teruggekoppeld over hoe deze waren verlopen en welke reacties er kwamen. Op een bepaald moment moesten we schakelen vanwege een wijziging in onze planning, en toen werd er direct meegedacht en flexibel gehandeld. Dat maakte voor ons een groot verschil. Ook bij de onderhandelingen merkten we de deskundigheid: we kregen duidelijk advies over de biedingen en het vervolg, waardoor we met een goed gevoel keuzes konden maken. Daarnaast was de communicatie met de binnendienst altijd prettig; ze waren goed bereikbaar en hielpen ons snel met praktische zaken en vragen. Het contact met de medewerker van het kantoor was professioneel, maar over één van de makelaars ben ik niet te spreken. Het afschuiven van te laat komen op een mogelijke koper, terwijl beide partijen te laat waren. Daarna werd een nieuw gemaakte afspraak naar voren gehaald en bleken bij aankomst de sleutels niet aanwezig, waardoor ik drie kwartier moest wachten. En nadat ik eindelijk het huis kon bezichtigen nog een grap durven maken dat ík te laat was...

Wij hebben een bod uitgebracht op een huis waarbij Robin de verkoopmakelaar was. Uiteindelijk hebben wij besloten de woning niet te kopen, maar we willen graag benadrukken hoe positief onze ervaring met hem was. Deze makelaar op aanraden van aankoop makelaar gekozen. Mocht je een makelaar willen die niet pro actief is, slechte communicatie heeft en flink aan de prijs is voor wat ze doen dan zou ik deze aanraden. Zo niet kan je beter een andere makelaar kiezen. We hebben zelf overal achteraan moeten gaan, nadat de bezichtingen waren geweest. Enkele voorbeelden die niet goed gingen: - Niet gehouden aan het tegenbod (maar lager) - Eenmaal deal gesloten met kopers, veel te lang over het getekende koopcontact gedaan. Moesten zelf steeds bellen en appen hoe het er mee stond. - De periode van he voorlopige voorwaarden niet de vinger aan de pols gehouden met wat betreft de status van de financiering van de kopers. 1 dag na het aflopen van deze termijn opeens trots vertellen dat de financiering rond was. - Bord van te koop hangt nu 2 weken na de verkoop nog steeds aan het raam En zo kunnen we nog even doorgaan, dus we raden deze makelaar niet aan

Hele vreemde bedrijfsmakelaar. Had interesse in een bedrijfspand aan de Tulpstraat in Moordrecht. Had een vraag over de servicekosten hoe deze waren opgebouwd. Kon hij mij niet vertellen of uitleggen en gaf alleen aan dat eind van het jaar de calculatie zal plaatsvinden. Aangegeven dat ik graag vooraf wil weten waarvoor ik ga betalen. Dus welke kosten hier onder vallen en hoeveel voorschot voor water en elektra. Makelaar had hier geen antwoord op en deed ineens kortaf met de woorden "Het is wat het is". Vreemde onprofessionele houding. Mijn interesse inmiddels verlegd naar een ander bedrijfspand en uiteraard niet bij deze makelaar.

Geachte heer, We hebben duidelijk geprobeerd om uit te leggen hoe de systematiek van servicekosten werkt en welke zaken onder de servicekosten vallen, met een inschatting van de kosten vooraf (voorschot) en een verrekening van de werkelijke kosten achteraf. Door schommeling in onder andere energielasten en prijswijzigingen van bijvoorbeeld onderhoudsbedrijven is het niet mogelijk om dit vooraf compleet in beeld te hebben. Helaas is dit niet voldoende duidelijk bij u geworden, waarvoor onze excuses.

Ik had interesse in een bedrijfspand wat van Herk te huur aanbied. De eerste keer vroegen ze een KVK en zouden ze de dag erna terug bellen, maar elke dag kreeg ik de belofte dat ze terug zouden bellen waarna ik zelf maar weer belde. Na 4 dagen bellen, kreeg ik contact met de juiste persoon en moesten jaarcijfers ingediend worden. Ik vroeg of ik binnen afzienbare termijn een reactie kon verwachten aangezien ik ook een ander pand aangeboden gekregen had, maar deze vond ik minder als de door van Herk aangeboden pand. Ik zou binnen 2 dagen terug gebeld worden. Ik heb een week elke dag gebeld, omdat er dagelijks beloofd werd dat ik terug zou worden gebeld. Na een week kreeg ik de juiste persoon aan de telefoon en ik kon komen bezichtigen. Tijdens de bezichtiging aangegeven dat het pand prima was voor mij, maar dat ik wel een spoedig antwoord zou willen omdat de eigenaar van het andere pand niet veel langer kon wachten. Hij ging zijn best doen en 2 weken later werd ik gebeld met de mededeling dat de keuze op iemand anders was gevallen. Uiteindelijk het andere pand dus ook misgelopen en dus een maand lang aan het lijntje gehouden en vele terugbel afspraken die niet nagekomen zijn. Dit is bijna een maand geleden en het pand staat nog steeds te huur.

Belden ons op omdat ze nog graag een bod wilden op de laatste dag van het bieden. Afgesproken dat wij eerst overleg gingen plegen met onze adviseur. Zij netjes gewacht tot na het weekend. Op de desbetreffende dag krijg je te horen dat wij kennelijk de enige geïnteresseerden waren voor de woning en dat ie zelfs onder de vraagprijs weg mocht. Wij een bod voorgesteld, en zij gingen akkoord. Spreek je af in de middag weer te bellen voor verder overleg.. krijg je vervolgens te horen dat het een miscommunicatie van een collega was. En werd het huis een kwartier later opnieuw geadverteerd voor het bod wat wij geboden hadden.. Nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt. Wij intens blij de hele ochtend.. om in de middag zo’n domper mee te maken. Dachten zo ons eerste droomhuis te kunnen kopen.

The Whatsapp group was presented as a question box where you can always turn but a. we often had to wait long for a response or send reminders and b. when our real estate agent went on vacation, we had to ask ourselves that the replacement would be put in the app group. We also had to verify ourselves whether the transfer to the replacement had actually taken place, because we did not get a message about it. We actually also didn't know who the replacement…

This landlord absolutely doesn't want to make any effort for the tenants. If a property is falling apart and you ask if something can be done about it, you get a resounding ''no'' as an answer, without explanation. It also takes a long time to get a response, but when it comes to increasing rents, they are there first! I think they're fine as long as the roof is still standing... They probably don't even know what the properties they rent out look like / are like. Unbelievable!
