Extremely questionable realtor who prefers to sell homes within their own network rather than passing on more favorable bids to the seller. I will no longer look at properties they have in their portfolio! The realtor does not send appointment confirmations, does not respond to emails, does not inform the seller when a competing bid has been submitted; when I approached the seller directly and asked if he had received my bid, the answer was 'no' and he fell silent when I mentioned my submitted bid, by which time commitments had already been made to another bidder. The sales data is now visible in the land registry. My offer was 5% above the final selling price and my conditions were not unusual. Previously contacted this realtor for a different property. During a viewing, you are simply referred to the brochure; cannot answer simple questions that are not in the brochure. If you want to get rid of your home quickly regardless of the price, this realtor can help you put the house away in their circle of friends. Do you want to sell your property for the best price? Look elsewhere, there are plenty of other realtors.
