We came to this mediation office after clear verbal promises. After signing, it turned out that: 1) promised compensations and repayments were not carried out, 2) multiple emails and phone calls remained unanswered for months, and 3) correct documentation was not provided despite repeated requests. This negligence has forced us to consider additional legal actions. Work exclusively with offices that document their agreements in writing and communicate promptly.

Important to know: this is NOT a full-fledged real estate agency, but merely an intermediary that has little legal significance. As soon as a problem arises that goes beyond simply passing paperwork around, they withdraw and you are on your own. Communication stops, responsibility disappears. Their knowledge of the law and regulations within their own industry is deplorable. An organization that presents itself professionally, but in reality operates at an amateur level.

If you are looking for an office that will guide you with a firm hand through every problem — keep searching. This “mediation office” excels at avoiding responsibility as soon as something falls outside their limited role. Their legal knowledge seems to come straight out of guesswork, and communication disappears the moment money needs to be refunded. A true master class in how to project professionalism without actually possessing it.
