Ontzettend fijn traject gehad met de verkoop van mijn woning. Bij ROGA zijn ze goed bij de tijd en gebruiken alle mogelijke marketing kanalen om je woning bij de juiste doelgroep te krijgen. Bij het verkopen van ons huis hadden wij erg fijn contact met deze persoonlijke en ontzettend betrokken makelaar. Kim werkt keihard en kent de huizenmarkt in Breda op haar duimpje. En ook met de andere collega's (Florent, Melanie) was het fijn schakelen. Het is niet een erg groot kantoor, maar er is altijd iemand bereikbaar die ook op de hoogte is van je dossier. Groot pluspunt vonden wij ook dat ze heel eerlijk zijn allemaal. Niet alleen naar ons als verkopers, maar ook richting mogelijke kopers. Ze staan echt voor een eerlijke gang van zaken.

Ik kijk met veel tevredenheid terug op de verkoop van mijn woning door Kim van Roga. Na een eerdere, zeer teleurstellende ervaring met een makelaar waarbij de verkoop onnodig lang duurde en ik te maken kreeg met dubbele lasten, was dit een verademing. Kim is professioneel, betrokken en schakelt snel. Ze combineert een prettige, empathische aanpak met een duidelijke focus op resultaat. Dankzij haar inzet en goede begeleiding was mijn woning binnen drie weken verkocht. Ook Florent wil ik benoemen, het contact met hem heb ik als zeer prettig ervaren. Hij was goed bereikbaar, dacht mee en handelde afspraken netjes en vlot af. Kortom, een fijne organisatie met een sterk team. Ik kan Roga zeker aanbevelen!
